Smoked Peel and Eat Shrimp
INGREDIENTS
- One bag large or colossal shrimp
INSTRUCTIONS
- Toss your shrimp in the rub the night before. I use the combination of B&B Trinity rub and Chicken Scratch
- Get your smoker at 250°use B&B pellets… but choose a fruity wood do not use Mesquite or hickory
- Place your shrimp on the grill and smoke for approximately 20 to 30 minutes these won’t take long to cook!
- Serve with your favorite barbecue sauce or add a little bit extra of your rub at the end and just peel and eat!
