B&B Charcoal is proud to be the official charcoal of the Steak Cookoff Association (SCA).  The Association runs hundreds of sanctioned one-day steak cookoffs in the U.S. and internationally throughout the year. The focus is on steaks, but there are prizes for other categories too. The SCA uses a double blind judging process, and promoters provide all the steaks, to level the playing field.
