Izzy's Cowboy Grillers
INGREDIENTS
- 8 chicken breasts
- 1 block pepper jack cheese
- 1 lb bacon
- Jalapeño slices
- All purpose seasoning (Pappys blue label is what I used)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Slice a pocket in the middle of each chicken breast and place jalapeño slices and a slice of pepper jack cheese inside.
- Preheat grill to 325F using B&B Hickory Lump Charcoal.
- Wrap each prepared chicken breast in 2 pieces of bacon.
- Season using your favorite all purpose rub.
- Grill direct at 325F to an internal temp of 165F.
- Remove, serve and enjoy!
